Consultations

Introductory consultations are complimentary and offered to confirm alignment, scope, and next steps prior to booking services. Consultations are for assessment purposes only and do not include styling services, outfit recommendations, or shopping links.

Booking & Payment

All styling services are booked on a prepaid basis. Payment in full is required to confirm any session, reserve calendar time, or begin preparation for services. Availability is limited, and unpaid time will not be held.

Accepted payment methods include secure card payment and tap-to-pay via Chase QuickAccept.

Hourly Services

Hourly styling services are booked with an agreed-upon minimum time block, which is prepaid at the standard hourly rate. This initial booking reserves time exclusively for the client.

If services extend beyond the prepaid time, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate and is due at the conclusion of the session. Clients will be notified before the prepaid time is exceeded whenever possible.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled only after payment has been received. Once confirmed, calendar time is reserved exclusively for the client and is no longer available to others.

Availability is limited, and advance booking is recommended.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be forfeited or rescheduled at my discretion.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the session.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of styling services and the time reserved, all payments are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Scope of Services

Services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional time, services, revisions, or requests outside of the original agreement may require additional fees and/or a new booking.

Virtual Sourcing & Styling Services

Virtual sourcing and styling services include the specific deliverables outlined at the time of booking. Each sourcing service includes one round of refinement unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions or scope changes may require a new booking.

Stylist is not responsible for retailer stock availability, sizing changes, price fluctuations, or return policies.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences, budget ranges, and relevant details necessary to complete services effectively. Outcomes may be impacted by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Limited Availability

Services are offered on a limited basis, with availability determined by weekly scheduling capacity. Acceptance of new clients or projects is subject to availability.

Agreement to Policies

By booking services, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies. A formal Styling Services Agreement will be provided and must be signed prior to the commencement of services.
